Our school

Barkly Highway State School is a primary school located in the city of Mount Isa, part of the Gulf Country region of Queensland, Australia. The Mount Isa region is renowned for mining, with the mines sourcing lead, silver, copper and zinc. The land in the area belongs to the Kalkadoon people.

Barkly Highway State School aims to develop a warm, cooperative environment in which all persons have:
